Join us for a FREE Family Fun Day, a great way to spend time together as a family doing something active and fun! There will be a fun family workout planned that will include games, relays, and other activities designed for all fitness levels. Lunch and prizes will be provided.

All families that attend will be entered into a drawing for a $25 gift card and there will be other fun prizes to win throughout the day. This is for any family, regardless of fitness level or age!
