A Coralville woman has been charged with child endangerment after police say she left her two young children at home while she worked.
Published reports say 24-year-old Dominique Boyd is accused of leaving her 4-year-old child and her 7-month-old child alone at home on Oct. 2. The children were discovered alone by the father of one of the children.
Police say Boyd also gave false information about who was
watching her children during the previous days she went to work.
A telephone message left Friday for Boyd's attorney was not
immediately returned.
She also is charged with second-degree harassment. Police say
she sent a woman a threatening text message about the woman's
boyfriend.
