I posted a blurb about this on Facebook the other day.  I found it hilarious.

We receive a lot of mail at the station even in this age of email.

Sometimes the letters are a bit suspect -- such as the ones that come from an inmate or are scribbled like you would imagine a serial killer would write.

The other day, I checked my station mailbox and saw a first.

The zip code was incomplete, yet it still made it to me.

Inside the four-page, handwritten letter -- a woman had a suggestion for me.

You could tell the issue had been eating at her for some time because she lodged the same complaint, she said, to waiters and waitresses.

Her message: don't use the term 'guys' generically if it is directed towards anyone of the female persuasion.

I wrote her a reply. 

Thankfully, she had a full zip code on the return address.
