Remember the teenager who was pulled over by Lincoln police on Halloween for suspected drunk driving while he was still wearing his costume -- a breathalyzer?

This week, a jury found Matthew Nieveen guilty of DUI and Minor-in-Possession.

He'll be sentenced in February.  Nieveen's blood tested at more than two times the legal limit.
