Lincoln Police Chief Tom Casady has an interesting blog he's been developing the last three years.  He talks about a lot of topics that you don't always get to hear in public coming from a big city department head. 

Since so many things go viral these days, you may have seen this one he featured earlier in the week.

This guy dressed up as a Breathalyzer test for his Halloween party over the weekend.

Yes -- you guessed it -- he got arrested for drunk driving.  His real Breathalyzer was more than twice the legal limit.

In another posting, the chief pointed out that this guy was joined at the detox center by a woman in a french maid costume.
