My son has been thinking about what he wants to do for his mom on Mother's Day.  Many of his suggestions, like another trip to Australia, aren't going to happen.

His gift ideas are usually more focused on what he wants rather than his mom.  I have had to tell him: "No, your mom doesn't want any Star War stuff!"

He has given this so much thought that he finally realized it is not about him.

He said, "Mother's Day isn't fair.  I only get gifts on my birthday and Christmas."
