I've talked about this before on the blog.  Toy catalogs are seeing a resurgence.  No, they'll never be as big in size as when Cliff Clavin complained about carrying them on his mail route during the television show, Cheers -- but I'm seeing more and more.

I know my son loves it.  The other day as I was getting ready for work, he sat on the bedroom floor flipping through a toy catalog from Target.

Here's what I hear as he turns each page.

"Nothing for me."

So he turns the page.

"Nothing for me."

Turns the page.

"Nothing for me."

Turns the page.

"Girlie stuff."

Turns the page.

"Nothing for me."

Turns page.  "Oooh.  Here's what I want."   And then he proceeds to circle every item for the next four-or-five pages.

It brings back fond memories.  I remember doing the exact same thing.
