The other day when some severe winds came through the area and knocked down several trees I noticed an older man in the Field Club neighborhood using his resourcefulness.

He didn't have a chainsaw.  So the next best thing: a circular saw.  It looked unusual but it certainly did the trick.  I wonder how dull the blade is?

I saw this warning on a box of Snaps over the 4th of July holiday.  They were made in China.  

Here's proof that either not everything translates -- or spell check is under utilized in every nation. 

Look at the 4th line.

Snappers.  A novel trick item.  Bang Drop It.  Throm it.  Step on it.  Snap it.

Exactly, what does THROM IT mean?  THROW IT perhaps.

My son knows how to work the system lately.  When he wants something he'll ask for it and then at the end of the line add -- "...because I love you."

ie: "Dad, will you get my transformer out of the cupboard....because I love you?"
