It doesn't happen that often.  When that car or truck pulls up alongside and you do a double take.

These days, we usually see the cars in ads long before we see them in person.

I remember looking 3-or-4 times when the first Hummer drove by me.  The same for the smart car. (I kept wondering why a golf cart was allowed on Dodge Street!)

The Mini Cooper made me feel like I was in Europe. 

When the Thunderbird was re-released a few years ago, I imagined seeing them all over when my parents were young.

I thought the BMW 7-series looked spectacular the first time I saw one at the downtown car show.

We rode in an Audi A8 in Australia.  Beautiful ride...a little better than my wife's Camry or my Jeep. ;)

Today, on the way to work I spotted a Silver Mercedes Benz CLS 550.  Cool ride.  It took me awhile to figure out what it was.
